Looking unto Jesus Production

Viewed through the lens of 1 Peter 2:21-23, Tracing Jesus becomes far more than a sports and family drama. It becomes a story of discipleship, revealing that following Christ often requires humility, sacrifice, perseverance, and the courage to remain faithful to God's calling.
Tracing Jesus follows the Vakatautua family across two generations, exploring the tension between personal ambition, family expectations, and faith. A father traces the path of his dreams. An eldest son traces the footsteps of his father. A younger son chooses to trace the footsteps of Jesus.
As each journey unfolds, both father and son are challenged to redefine their understanding of success. They discover that true purpose is not measured by achievement, status, or the fulfilment of others' expectations, but by faithful obedience to God's will.
At its heart, Tracing Jesus is a powerful story about family, sacrifice, identity, and the courage to follow God's calling, even when that path leads away from the dreams others have planned for us.
"True success is not found in fulfilling someone else's expectations, but in faithfully tracing the footsteps of Christ."
